Planning your order
Ordering & availability
How far in advance should I order?
For custom cookies, we recommend reaching out at least two to three weeks before your event. Larger corporate, wedding, and holiday orders may require additional lead time. Earlier is always better, especially during busy seasons.
How do I begin a custom order?
Start by emailing us at sales@clementinecookie.com. Share your event date, estimated quantity, theme, colors, and any personalization, logo details, or inspiration you have in mind. We’ll review your request and follow up with availability and next steps.
Begin a custom orderWhat information should I have ready?
The most helpful details are your event or fulfillment date, estimated quantity, occasion, theme, colors, names, dates, monograms or logo files, and your preferred pickup or delivery option. Inspiration images are welcome.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities can vary depending on the cookie size, design complexity, packaging, and time of year. Send us the details of your event and we will confirm the minimum that applies to your requested set.
Can you accommodate a rush order?
Sometimes, when the decorating calendar allows. Rush availability depends on quantity, design, packaging, and the requested date. Contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know what can realistically be created. An additional rush fee may be applied to expedited orders.
Creating your collection
Design & personalization
Can you match my event colors or theme?
Yes. We can coordinate colors, shapes, florals, patterns, monograms, and other design details with your invitation, party décor, brand guide, or event inspiration. While we strive to precisely match your colors, please note there may be slight variations as each cookie is handcrafted to order.
Do you make cookies with company logos?
Yes. Corporate logo cookies are a polished choice for client gifts, employee appreciation, grand openings, conferences, jobsite celebrations, launches, and branded events. A clear vector, PDF, or high-resolution logo file is especially helpful.
Can cookies include names, dates, or monograms?
Absolutely. Names, initials, ages, wedding dates, short phrases, and monograms can be incorporated when the size and design allow. Please double-check all spelling and dates before approving your order details.
Can you recreate a cookie from an inspiration photo?
Inspiration photos help us understand your style, colors, and overall vision. We use them as creative direction and adapt the idea into a Clementine design rather than promising an exact copy of another artist’s work.
Can my order include several different designs?
Yes. Many custom sets include a coordinated mix of shapes and designs. The number of designs that works best depends on the total quantity and level of detail, and we will help create a balanced set.
Quotes and confirmation
Pricing & payment
How are custom cookies priced?
Pricing is based on cookie size, design complexity, number of colors, quantity, personalization, packaging, and the requested timeline. Because every set is different, custom work is quoted after we review your details.
When will I receive a quote?
Once we have the event date, quantity, design direction, and fulfillment needs, we can prepare an accurate quote. If any detail is still undecided, we may offer a recommended option or range before the final design is confirmed.
Is my date reserved when I submit an inquiry?
An inquiry starts the conversation but does not reserve the date. Your quote will explain the confirmation and payment steps required to place the order on the decorating calendar.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Available changes, cancellations, credits, or refunds depend on the timing and whether design work, ingredients, custom cutters, printed elements, or packaging have already been prepared.
Receiving your cookies
Pickup & delivery
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickup details and the available pickup window will be confirmed before your order is finalized.
Is local delivery available?
Delivery may be available for certain local, event, or larger orders. Please include the delivery address and requested time when you inquire so availability and any delivery charge can be confirmed.
When will my cookies be ready?
Your pickup window or scheduled local-delivery time will be provided with the order confirmation. Please plan to receive the cookies during the confirmed time so they can be stored properly.
Serving and storage
Ingredients, allergens & care
Do your cookies contain common allergens?
Our cookies are produced in a kitchen that may handle wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. Please share allergy concerns before ordering so we can discuss the current options and whether the product is appropriate for your needs.
Do you offer gluten-free or nut-free cookies?
Ask about current menu options when you inquire. Our kitchen is not certified free of gluten, nuts, or other allergens, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact. Severe allergy concerns should always be discussed before an order is placed.
How should I store decorated cookies?
Keep individually wrapped cookies sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. For the best flavor and texture, enjoy them by the date included with your order.
Should I refrigerate the cookies?
Refrigeration is generally not recommended because condensation and humidity can affect the icing. Keep them sealed in a cool room unless your order includes different care instructions. Every cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness. For the best flavor and texture, we recommend enjoying your cookies within 5–7 days. When kept sealed and stored properly, they may remain fresh longer.
Can decorated sugar cookies be frozen?
Many decorated sugar cookies can be frozen when they remain properly sealed. Ask us for the best freezing and thawing instructions for your specific packaging before placing them in the freezer.
Do you offer custom cookie flavors?
Yes. Custom flavors may be available, including vanilla, almond, and chocolate. Please include your preferred flavor in your inquiry so we can confirm availability for your order.
Celebrations and gifting
Events, corporate orders & gifting
What occasions do you create cookies for?
Birthdays, baby and bridal showers, weddings, graduations, holidays, school events, sports celebrations, client gifts, employee appreciation, grand openings, conferences, and nearly any moment that deserves something personal.
Can you handle large corporate or event orders?
Yes, subject to calendar and production availability. Please reach out early with the quantity, date, logo or design needs, packaging, and number of destinations so we can recommend the best plan.
Can cookies be individually wrapped or gift boxed?
Packaging options may include individual wrapping, favor-ready presentation, gift boxes, ribbons, or branded details. Available options and pricing depend on the cookie size, quantity, and presentation you select.
Can cookies be used as favors or place settings?
Yes. Personalized cookies can serve as favors, escort-card accents, welcome gifts, or place-setting details. Share the guest count and personalization list early so we can plan the design and packaging accurately.
Can gift orders be prepared for pickup or local delivery?
Yes. Gift orders can be prepared for scheduled pickup, and local delivery may be available depending on the quantity, destination, packaging, and timeline. Please provide the order date, quantity, presentation details, and delivery address when applicable so we can confirm the available options.
